New episode : Luqman will be going to school

Tinggal sebulan lebih je lagi nk masuk tahun baru 2016... macam tahun2 sebelum nye, azam tahun baru masa tahun 2015 dh bkubur x ingat apa pun misi tahun 2015 ni sebenarnye heheh tapi bersyukur sangat2 sebab 2015 telah menjadi tahun yang penuh up & down in our small family. 

Macam2 sangat cabaran dan dugaan yang menjadi sebahagian memori dan kenangan kami sekeluarga di bandaraya Kota Kinabalu ni. Permulaan tahun 2015 yang amat mengujakan, went for vacation and welcome our new addition in May. Everything was so fast and we were super busy to think and to plan anything until we realise it's already October.

Busy preparing for welcoming our new addition (Luzman), raya celebration, we totally drop on hunting pre school for Luqman. It feels like, hey, Luqman is turning 4 this coming January and yet we had not decided or searching any schools for him. 

Bukan la cerewet dengan pemilihan sekolah tapi banyak yang perlu dipertimbangkan; one of it, our intention is to send Luqman to a chinese school. Bukan xnk antar montessori yang sangat famous skrg ni kan tapi we are looking for extra language that he can learn. Alhamdulillah, up to date, he can speak Malay & English(xde la fluent tp boleh la kan for daily use, what to expect, ibu die ni pun bukan nye fluent hehehe) 

We are new here (dah setahun tp kira new la jugak kan) especially when i dont have access to society on daily basis (x keje duk umah nk jumpe sape kan) so usaha pencarian tu very limited. I just throw out questions in whatsapp group for suggestions of good chinese schools in KK and discuss with the parents on pros n cons of the schools. 

Some of things in my consideration for choosing the school;

1. chinese language is one of the subject in school 

2. Muslim friendly 

3. Nearby the house 

4. Activities in school 

5. Fees 

There were 3 schools shortlisted when i did the quick survey; 

1. Tadika Dato Simon Fung 

2. Tadika Chung Hwa Likas 

3.Smart Readers Alamesra 

Disebabkan banyak sgt askar (the three boys), Mr Husband je yang gi ke sekolah2 ni n amikkn pamplet n dptkan scale fees of the schools. 

Dari segi fees,more or less the same je...  cuma my first choice is Tadika Datuk Simon Fung sebab location dekat ngn rumah. Tapi masa pg sini, untuk tadika ada 2 kelas je, so both classes dah full. Mula2 pg tu husband ckp bleh masukkn nama dlm waiting list, tapi dia x msukkn pun... then he checked out at Tadika Chung Hwa, ada byk classes about 6 klu x silap. I personally like this school tapi location die jauh sikit dari rumah.  And the 3rd school is smart reader; which i rasa very well known di semenanjung kan... yang ni lagi dekat dengan rumah cuma i berkenan sebab location di rumah kedai... for me, i'm looking forward a school with proper playground, tempat rehat etc. 

After up and down, alhamdulillah, for a long delay of choosing to register in which school, we have manage to register Luqman at  Tadika Chung Hwa, Likas..

Here it goes, another preparation to do.... Luqman's school prep... It might be tiring, but it is an amazing experience, insyaAllah
